How much money do you think TikTok pays you for 1 million views? Believe it or not, the answer is not as much as you think.

In fact, most content creators only make a few dollars per thousand views. This may seem like a small amount, but if you have a large following on TikTok, it can add up quickly!

How much does TikTok pay you for 1 million views?

You’ll receive somewhere between $20 to $40 for every 1 million views that your channel gets. This breaks down to 2 cents to 4 cents for every 1,000 views. This payout comes from the TikTok Creator fund, a partnership program between TikTok and creators that allows them to monetize their content.

In order to apply for the Creator Fund, you must have at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the past 30 days.

You need to be at least 18 years old, have an account in good standing, and have a clean record with Tik Tok when it comes to the platform’s guidelines.

Once you are approved, your videos will be eligible for advertising revenue. While the earning amounts seem small, it’s possible for them to add up if you have an account with high traffic.

What happens if I get 1 million views on TikTok?

If you manage to get 1 million views on one of your TikTok videos, then congratulations! You’ve achieved an impressive feat and should be proud of yourself. You’ll earn somewhere between $20 to $40 with the creator fund, as well as a clear indicator that your channel is catching on and growing.

This milestone also serves as a great way to increase your audience, as now you have proof that people are watching and engaging with your content.

You can use this success to promote yourself and draw other viewers in – it’s the perfect opportunity for you to capitalize on your newfound fame!

How to make money on TikTok

Like other content platforms, there are multiple ways to make money on TikTok. Here are some of the most popular methods:

1. Sponsorships and brand deals

If you have a substantial following on TikTok, you can begin to monetize your account by partnering with brands and influencers and selling sponsored posts. In these types of deals, the brand will pay you a set amount per post or in exchange for other forms of promotion such as shoutouts.

There’s a wide variety of brands that are looking to work with influencers on TikTok. You can join groups that match influencers with brands or contact companies directly to pitch your account to them.

Make sure you sell yourself and explain to the brand why you are the perfect fit for their product.

Do people love and share your content like wildfire, or do you have unique and creative ideas that stand out? The more you can prove your worth, the more money you can make in brand partnerships.

2. Selling products on TikTok Shopping

The TikTok Shopping feature allows content creators to set up their own shop and sell products directly on the platform. It’s a great way to make money without relying on brand deals, as you can create your own merchandise and keep the profits.

And people are more likely to buy products when they don’t have to leave the app they’re already on. You can create anything to sell that is relevant to your brand and content, from t-shirts and mugs to unique items like candles or jewelry.

Make sure to add tags to the products so that you receive organic search traffic from people who are interested in buying. This will increase your chances of selling more items and making a higher profit.

3. Use TikTok Ads

You can use TikTok ads to bring traffic to your website, eCommerce store, and to your TikTok Shopping tab. To make money on TikTok, you could try running in-feed image ads or get creative by trying TopView ads.

Not only can TikTok be used as a way to connect with potential leads, but it can also be utilized to encourage viewers to sign up for your email list. By applying this technique, you can make your TikTok account look less like a commercial and more like an influencer.

4. Put an affiliate link in your profile

Affiliate marketing is one of the most popular ways to monetize TikTok. It involves promoting products or services from other companies and getting a commission for each sale you drive through your channel.

FYI: Affiliate marketing is also one of the best ways to make passive income through your own website. Check out how to start a blog here to see just how simple it is, even without any tech experience!

You can join affiliate programs like Amazon Associates or partner directly with companies to promote their products or services.

Once you have established a partnership, add your affiliate link to your profile so that people can easily access it and purchase the product or service.

Make sure to only recommend products that are relevant to your audience and provide value. If you don’t believe in the product or service, then it’s best not to promote it as people can tell when something is being sold out of desperation or inauthenticity.

5. Flip TikTok Accounts

Believe it or not, if you’re good at gaining lots of followers quickly and authentically on the Tiktok platform, you can make money by flipping Tik Tok accounts.

Flipping is simply the process of buying or starting a Tik Tok account, growing it as quickly as possible, and then reselling it for a profit.

You can either hire someone to do this work for you or do it yourself. It’s important to note that flipping accounts is not easy, and you may need to invest in services or influencer marketing in order to speed up the growth process.

Furthermore, there is an element of risk involved since accounts can be taken down if they are found to be breaking the terms of service. So make sure to do your due diligence and research before getting involved in this type of endeavor.

6. Offer your services

Tiktok is a great sales funnel for service providers with high income skills such as graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, coaches, consultants, photographers and more. You can offer your services directly to potential customers through the platform or create packages that best suit their needs.

Your TikTok account is also a great place to announce promotions, offer discounts, and make your customers aware of your current offerings.

You can also get them interested in the personal side of your business by sharing behind-the-scenes videos, stories and other content that gives a sneak peek into how you work.

7. Earn coins by live streaming

Live streaming on TikTok gives viewers the opportunity to send you coin donations. If you regularly create live-streaming content, you can earn coin donations from your audience and make money on TikTok as a result.

It’s important to avoid directly asking for payments through the donation feature. Instead, focus on creating content that entertains and engages your viewers.

This will encourage them to donate coins as a token of appreciation for the value you are providing. And if you are a teen it is one of the best ways to make money as a teen if you have many followers on Tik Tok.

8. Crowdfund through your account

If you have a project or goal that you would like to take on and need help with the funding, TikTok can be a great platform to crowdfund your project.

You can set up a designated hashtag for people who would like to contribute towards your crowdfunding goal. You can also offer incentives such as exclusive content or merchandise in exchange for donations.

Offer regular updates and exciting content surrounding your crowdfunding efforts on the platform so that people who have donated feel included and appreciated. You can even directly thank them in stories or post reaction videos to show your gratitude.

9. Ask for tips from your viewers

Some additional ways to receive tips include asking viewers to buy you a coffee or to send a small amount of money through payment platforms such as PayPal or Venmo.

You could set up a link on your profile page so that viewers can easily access it and send tips if they like what you have created and want to show their support.

Make sure to show gratitude and thanks to your community for choosing to support you in this way.

10. Become a TikTok coach

Do you know everything there is to know about the TikTok platform? Are you an expert at creating captivating content, growing a following and gaining engagement? If so, then you might make money by becoming a TikTok coach.

You can provide one-on-one coaching services or create an a-la-carte service where people can reach out for questions or advice. You can also create packages that include specific services, such as account audits and content creation.

11. Make a TikTok course

If you’re really good at one specific area of creating content on TikTok, you may be able to create an e-course that people can purchase.

FYI: Check out LearnWorlds as a great, simple platform for creating online courses – on literally whatever topic you want!

This course could have modules that focus on topics such as optimizing videos for the algorithm, growing a following or improving engagement. You can also offer creative courses such as video and editing advice or review or creative content creation info.

You can even offer bonus materials such as templates and exclusive insights that will give your customers value for their money. Just remember to update your course content from time to time so that customers are up to date with the latest TikTok trends.

12. Start managing TikTok social media accounts

If you’re already on TikTok most of the day, why not hop into other people’s accounts and help them to grow?

Much like working as a Pinterest manager, you can offer services such as social media account management, content creation, video editing, and more. You can charge a monthly or hourly fee for these services to make money on TikTok.

Also, you could use your own profile as a portfolio piece to attract potential customers who are interested in hiring you for their accounts.

Make content that stands out and shows off your capabilities in the area of content creation so people have an idea of what to expect when they hire you to manage their own platforms.

How much money do you get on TikTok for 1 million likes?

You won’t be directly compensated by TikTok if you receive 1 million likes on the platform. But this doesn’t mean it isn’t valuable to have this many likes. At 1 million likes, your profile and videos will attract the attention of people willing to pay you for collaborations.

Likes can help you gauge how well your content is resonating with an audience, so you can use the data to inform future videos. Take videos with a high number of likes and try to build off of the concept and make more related content.

Over time, as these likes increase, so will your views, which will convert to higher earnings on the platform.

Do you get paid if your TikTok goes viral?

If a video on your TikTok goes viral, you won’t necessarily get paid for this jump in engagement. But if you’re a part of the creator fund, then you will earn the standard 2 to 4 cents for every 1000 views on your video.

It’s important to note that this only applies if the video was made using original content.

This means you can’t just make any video and expect it to go viral – you need to be smart about the content you create. Spend some time researching what people are searching for and try to make something that resonates with your audience.

It’s also important to use hashtags in your videos so more people can find them. This is especially true for viral videos, as they will be exposed to an even wider audience than normal.

How much is a viral TikTok worth?

A viral TikTok’s value is simply measured by the per-view payout rate, which is 2 to 4 cents for every 1000 views. Therefore, if you have a video that goes viral and gets 10 million views, you could make around $200 Р$400 from the Creator Fund.

If your viral video was sponsored by a brand or other business, then you may be able to make even more money. Sponsors are often willing to pay a premium for high-traffic videos that reach a large audience.

How do I claim my TikTok money?

In order to claim your TikTok money, open the app and select your profile. Click the three dashes symbol in the upper-right-hand corner and then select “Settings and Privacy” and “balance”. Click on “Live Gifts” and now navigate to the “Withdraw” button, which will take you to your PayPal account where you can cash out your earnings.

TikTok will send you your fund totals within 30 days of the end of each monthly reporting period. TikTok will pay creators based on views and engagement during that time.

The minimum payment required to make a transfer from your account to your digital wallet is now $10, lowered from the previous requirement of $50.

If you’re experiencing issues with sending money on TikTok, it may be for one of the following reasons. To start, PayPal only disburses money to verified TikTok accounts. To confirm your PayPal account, you must either link and verify a bank account or credit card.

If the first and last name, as well as the email address on your TikTok account doesn’t match the corresponding PayPal information, you may have difficulty transferring money.

You can report payment issues by selecting “Report a Problem” found in the “Settings and Privacy” menu. Here you can explain your payment issue, and a customer service representative will help to resolve it.
